"The Practice"

Fareham Creek Veterinary Surgery became the first veterinary practice to open in the Fareham area when it was established back in the late 1940s.  For many years the surgery was located on the High Street of Fareham until it outgrew the premises and in July 2007, moved into new premises at 32 East Street, close to Fareham town centre.

We treat a wide range of small animals and all staff at the practice are committed to providing a friendly, caring and professional service to our clients and their pets.  Wherever possible we will arrange for you to see the vet of your choice which we believe ensures continuity of care, however, all our vets work very closely together to ensure the best quality of care at all times for your pet.

All members of staff are happy to answer any questions or concerns you might have about all aspects of the health of your pet.

Consultations are by appointment.  We have a range of consulting hours throughout the day.  The practice provides a service 24 hours a day; 7 days a week.
